"Read this for elaboration! :) This is a tutorial for an accidental move of an alternate continuous leg reversal into a wedgie, along with some transitions to an escalator and arm wrap at the end. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! This is my first tutorial, so go easy on me ;).
Here is more description: To do the alternate reversal, I bounce the hoop off my standing leg, swinging it with my calf until I get into a comfortable place to pinch the hoop between my calf and thigh. I then move the hoop till it is vertically in front of my standing leg, in place for the wedgie. To escape the hoop, you're going to give it a solid fling, and duck out of the hoop! I grab the hoop with my right hand for ease. Good luck!! :)"
